Site Upgrades

As you've probably noticed, we've been making some changes to the forum, mostly in terms of reorganization.  In the coming days, you'll notice a few more changes, possibly including a new forum theme and a little more detail to the forum ranking system.

This is all leading up to the our upgrade to the new version of the site that I've been busy designing.  So consider this a heads up.
